碧潭地景藝術節
2023年特別邀請國際知名IP「三麗鷗家族明星」結合寫生繪畫主題與碧潭自然景致， 打造「碧潭寫生趣！Colorful Bitan」， 13公尺高Hello Kitty巨型氣膜手持畫筆坐落於碧潭廣場， 夜晚點亮溫暖光輝，伴隨碧潭河岸風景持續閃耀 In 2023, the internationally renowned "Sanrio Family" was invited to create a special event that blended a sketching theme with the natural beauty of Bitan. Titled **"Colorful Bitan: Sketching Fun!"**, a giant 13-meter-tall Hello Kitty air sculpture holding a paintbrush was placed in Bitan Plaza. At night, it radiates a warm glow, lighting up the area and continuing to shine alongside the scenic Bitan riverside.
